Delivery

Our products are made in Romania. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days via Fan Courier. Once the package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We offer free shipping for all orders of 620 RON or more. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 15 RON will be applied. The delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. At the moment, we only deliver within Romania, but we hope to offer international shipping in the near future. We accept card payments only.

If you find a piece you truly love and would like to have it in a different color, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to check if we can make it happen for you. Please bear in mind that customised products may take a bit longer to be crafted, as they are made especially for you. In case you need to customise a certain product, like shortening, please note that these items cannot be returned or exchanged, so it’s best to order at least one other piece first to make sure you embrace our style, to get familiar with our linen and to check if overall it’s the right fit for you.

Returns

We want you to fall in love with your new piece and wear it for many seasons to come. If it doesn’t feel right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Please note that customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us using the form below or by e-mail with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’d prefer an exchange, such as a different size, just let us know in your message, and we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability.
